What a year!  We launched our first Be Well last Janurary.  It is hard to believe that time flies when you sit down and write the last edition of 2009.  I hope you have enjoyed the monthly updates over the last year.  We will continue to search out and link unique stories  in future editions.

Chinweoke gives us the top 10 healthy foods, Kristy shares with us the top 10 ways to increase our exercise in the New Year and I have shared a variety of links from the top website, my favorite recipes and great baking recipes for the holiday season. 

I wish everyone a wonderful winter, happy holidays and thank you for reading, entering our contests and sending great ideas back to us here at the Manitoba Canola Growers.
